I’m so happy to announce to all my readers, that with your combined efforts, Fractures in Peace released as a Best Seller on Kindle for Canadian Amazon!

This is no small feat, as it ranks against every single other Canadian Kindle book in its category for that day! And it’s managed to keep its spot for the past three days straight!

It joins its predecessor — Fractures in Love — to continue the streak for this series of Canadian Best Sellers! And it couldn’t have been possible without the support of this community.

I’d like to give a special shoutout to the Shaun Newman Podcast for bringing me onto their Mashup show last Friday, on the release day of the book, to help promote it!

In the half hour myself, Shaun, and 2s rambled about it, sales for the Kindle edition doubled, catapulting it over the finish line and into the coveted Best Seller spot!

The Series Thus Far

As it stands, 2 of the eventual 4 books in the Fractures series are now completed and released.

I’ve been steadily writing book 3 in the background since the beginning of the year. At this point, I’m done writing Act 1 (the first 10 chapters), and plan to have the completed manuscript by year’s end.

For those who’ve been getting into the first two books, you’ll likely notice a difference in the writing between the two. They represent the difference in perspective of the Thütan and Rāyin races during what is the very same period of time.

This is a theme that will continue throughout the entire series, although, the final two books will differ less in perspective and more in time. What was the commonality in the first two books will be the defining difference in the final two.

Book 3 — Fractures in Truth — will take the reader back 2911 years into the past, to discover the actual events that lead to the division and endless warring of the two races. Including, many truths that were forgotten, misremembered, and straight up lied about ever since.

By the end of it, you’ll not only have a greater understanding of the world you’ve been reading, the history and tragedies that caused it, but also teed-up for the final volume that will shift you 240 years past the first two books, into a futuristic, technological world on the brink of total destruction.

And it was in this time, you’ll find out, that all of the struggles of the past truly began!

I very much look forward to taking you all through the total journey of the Fractures series which will culminate in an epic over 100,000 words longer than the Lord of the Rings series by the end!

And though that may seem like a gargantuan task to read, I hope to carry the reader from one chapter to the next with captivating story and character driven adventure!
