Spending Us Into Oblivion
At some point in Justin Trudeau’s younger years, someone (probably his Dad) must have convinced him that money, in fact, does grow on trees. These trees are called printers, they are watered with taxes, and the government has entire orchards of them to make as many dollars as your little imagination can handle.
Nothing else could explain the level of ignorance and incompetence shown over the pandemic when it came to printing, spending and mysterious allocation of dollars.
One of the most popular of these wastes and misappropriations that’s made more than enough headlines in 2022 has to do with the pandemic travel gatekeeping app: ArriveCan.
Arrive Can’t
The government app that was “mandatory” for all incoming travelers to Canada had more than enough complaints on the actual user and use case level before we even touch on the funding issues.
Things like thousands of people wrongfully being told to quarantine by the app when they didn’t need to. And then the fact that it was largely used to force unvaccinated travelers (during the points that they could even travel) into their required 14 day quarantines, because… you know… something, something science… reasons.
But, when you get into the dump trucks of money thrown at this failed and reviled knock-off social credit styled tech, that’s where Trudeau’s lunacy really shows it’s trademarked head.
For what was slated to be an $80 thousand dollar app, by the time it finally got the axe, wound up costing over $54 MILLION!
That’s a pretty egregious accounting error… something to the order of a 675x under-estimate!!
And that’d be bad enough if it all went to where they said it did…
But, when people began digging into the records for this $54 million abortion, some things didn’t line up at ALL:
In the above linked article, reporters found after contacting one of the sub-contractors listed as having worked on the app for over a million dollars worth of it’s budget, they DIDN’T actually work on it at all!
The article detailed this, stating:
The head of a Canadian tech firm has expressed confusion after finding the federal government listed his company as having been paid $1.2 million contract to work on the ArriveCan app.
Craig McLellan, the CEO of ThinkOn Inc, said his company was never tapped for work on the controversial app and never received any of the said money, according to the Globe and Mail.
“It caught me by surprise. I think the amount of money they attributed to us was probably more than our total revenue generated within the federal government in the last fiscal year,” he told the paper.
So where did that money actually go?? That’s the obvious and disturbing question no one has the answer to right now. And that should really concern people as we get in the level of fiscal mismanagement we’re about to get into.
40%… FORTY!!
In another recent bombshell, it appears that of the total amount of pandemic spending the Trudeau government spent (the total of which accounts for more than all other Canadian Prime Ministers in the country’s history COMBINED), 40% of it was NOT spent on anything to do with COVID…
Ummm… did you catch that??
The money made/spent on this emergency… FORTY percent of it wasn’t actually spent on it at all!!
Click the image above to find all the disturbing details of that one…
But wait, there’s more!
Economic Boom!
Can you remember the former finance minister (now deputy Prime Minister) Chrystia Freeland crowing about how strong Canada’s economic recovery was and how it’s economy was the envy of first world recove?
If you were a small business owner, like I was, while she did this you may have been excused if you never felt the shockwave of this phantom economic boom.
Well, it turns out that’s because it really was a phantom.
In the same way that Trudeau had been printing dollars, they apparently were just “printing” jobs too!
You read that right.
All these new jobs that were BOOMING out of the ashes of the horrendous Canadian lockdowns were GOVERNMENT JOBS!!
Canada’s labour market recovery was largely driven by significant job creation in the government sector, while the private sector, including self-employment, witnessed almost no net job creation over the past two years, according to a new Fraser Institute report.
The public sector accounted for about 86.7 per cent of all net new jobs created since the pandemic, the report found. Between February 2020 and July 2022, jobs in the sector grew by 9.4 per cent, while private sector job growth remained almost stagnant, at 0.4 per cent.
“Many of the headline statistics surrounding the Canadian labour market appear encouraging at a glance, but the reality is more complicated,” said Ben Eisen, senior fellow at the Fraser Institute and co-author of the report, in a press release.
“Canada’s job creation in recent years has not been driven by private sector-growth, but rather has primarily been the result of government hiring.”
Learning about this made the sensation of gaslighting over the years we were being told the economy has never seen such growth disappear.
Freeland, more or less, did the Obama meme with herself:
The Coup De Gras
The final tally on this particular laundry list of budget abominations is, perhaps, the most Trudeau of them all.
And, really, I can’t do this nonsense any more justice than MP Michelle Rempel Garner did on this YouTube video below. After all, it was her order paper that made this information public only a few days ago:
If you don’t have the time to watch the few minute video, the summery is that Trudeau JUST THIS YEAR spent an estimated $411 MILLION dollars on mandatory COVID tests for travelers coming into the country.
In a year where the CDC had scrapped the use of PCR tests, and left anyone still wanting to test for whatever reason to use the still less accurate rapid tests, Justin in his infinite ignorance thought it a good use for nearly half a BILLION dollars to go towards mandatory testing anyways.
Here’s a list of those allocations if you’re interested:
Now, with what we already learned about the mysterious $1.2 million dollar contract supposedly but not actually going towards the one sub-contractor for ArriveCan… how do we even know that all of this incredible waste of gargantuan amounts of tax dollars even ended up going where they say it did in the end?!
Give them the benefit of the doubt on that one, I guess…
I’ve got a better idea
After all this mind numbing financial maleficence, you know what really damages my calm? The idea that a supposed $77 Million dollars was put aside to pay for vaccine injury victims through VISP, the Vaccine Injury Support Program.
If you missed my indictment on that embarrassment of an attempt to silence the vaccine injured, read this post where I detail how they did my sister dirty with it:
If they really want to spend godless amounts of money on something related to the pandemic, how about starting with that instead?
Because, of the 10 or less people who’ve even been approved to receive any sort of payout from that $77 million so far, most of which are only seeing a few grand a month if they’ve even seen any at all!
Meanwhile, 99%+ of the over 50,000 admittedly injured vaccine victims from Canada’s own database will never even get close to seeing a solitary red nickel of recompense for “doing the right thing” before they found themselves damaged and relegated into the Government trash heap.
So, we can add yet another generational scar to the litany of the ones that we’ve already collected to date.
But, the thing about scars is they are each a memory that will never be forgotten by those who bare them… and those who bare them are many and growing.

Our government in the US is the same as yours. That’s why we are hoping som of those on the left will open their eyes and change there voting on Nov 8th.
At this level, we honestly can't just blame Trudeau for all the wrongdoing but every politician at every level including Libs, NDP and cons, and the justice system.
