The Freedoms That Continue To Be Fought For In Canada Today, And For The Canada Of Tomorrow
Speaking out and standing up in Canada over the pandemic has it's consequences.
As much as Canadians like to believe their country is free, the last couple years has clearly shown the limits of that freedom.
For people like Morgan Mayhem, her freedom has been and continues to be infringed upon by the state to this day.
She is the Bonny to Canadian Podcaster Jeremy Mackenzie’s Clyde. For those who follow the podcast, you’ll remember we had Jeremy on not too long ago. He recounted how back in March of this year, him and Morgan were arrested and held under dubious charges and conditions that wound up finally seeing them released days later under ridiculous conditions including: no longer being allowed to mention the name of a political figure in protest.
Canada has shown that it is not only willing but fully able to make political prisoners out of those who would speak out boldly against them. Other people more directly related to the freedom movement and protests back in February are still in prison or have other conditions similar to Morgan’s for their release. Including Tamera Lich, Pat King, Chris Barber and Chris Lysak.
Her story is an eye opening one and it's because of people like her, who are willing to take the heat to keep the issues elevated, that we have the chance to hold our politicians and power structures to account for their actions against us.
Her continued efforts focus on working towards bringing the perpetrators of Charter breaking crimes upon Canadians citizens to justice. Including those who continue to foist a broken and dangerous vaccine upon people by way of manipulation, indirect threat and coercion. Using outdated and irrelevant science to justify the next push while the world is already reeling from the failure of the last one.
Enjoy the podcast, and thank a freedom fighter. You may not realize it now, but the freedoms they march for could be the ones that will effect you most in the future.
